Shelor was easy to deal with. Took care of all the paper work before I returned the next day. Did not try to sell me a bunch of extras in the "back room" like a lot of other dealers. Didn't necessarily like the "Price as Posted" but there is something to be said for not having to waste time haggling. In the end, I didn't get a fantastic deal, but I think I did get a fair deal. They were good to work with, the short time I had to be there. I do have to go in for service for them to fix the heat, which they agreed to do, but I have to have an appointment to meet with the service adviser? It would be easier if I could just drop off. we will see how the service goes, but I am optimistic. More

I came to look at used vehicles not sure what I was looking for but wanted to trade my car in I was ready for a change. We started looking on the lot when Adam came up and welcomed us to shelor. This guy had the patience of a saint I looked at so many and test drove a few and he kept running to get keys, he never became impatient with me and was not pushy with us on trying to decide on what we wanted to look at or drive. my husband and i were very please with the services we received from Randall Spencer he was great and very eager to help us find what we needed but on the other hand my husband and i both talked with Neil received from Randall Spencer he was great and very eager to help us find what we needed but on the other hand my husband and i both talked with Neil Frances all day long on buying a certain truck that was in our budget and told him we would be there that afternoon to purchase it 15 minutes before we arrived it was sold right underneath us we were very very upset at Neil he came to see us when we got there but didn't say much he knew we were upset and did nothing for us not even offer a gift card for us to go out to eat nothing to condescend we thought he did not conduct his actions for what happen very well he is xxxx poor oh well i do not recommend Neil for any services but wish he do well towards others Randall and the other fellows that we worked with were wonderful and they also apologized for Neil's actions we highly recommend Randall Spencer to others he's a great country boy and salesman.. thank you the Hyler's More
