Everything was great, 5 stars, with my recent Kia purchase at Shelor Motor Mile. I saw the vehicle online & ask for a quote and I was contacted immediately by Mr. Lusk who set up my appointment. We went the next day to try out this particular SUV & met Rick Harrison who was efficient in everyway. He was very nice & knowledgeable in his job and answered all our questions. He also took us on a tour of their vast facilities there in Christiansburg which is huge. The whole experience was great. I have never had a SUV so I was a little scared driving it but I could not be happier now. Since our purchase we have been contacted by phone from the dealership to thank us & see if we are pleased. I chose to visit Shelor because I heard that they work well with people with low finance scores. When I sat down with Mr. Francis he immediately discerned that I was nervous and not confident in my credi well with people with low finance scores. Instead of talking up vehicles he asked if I would like to “work backwards” and get an idea of what I could afford then look at vehicles from there. That pleased me greatly and he began to gain my trust. I thought the beginning paperwork process was fairly easy on me considering I was not prepared with the proper paperwork. Although, I arrived later in the evening to begin the process and causing Mr. Francis to work later, I felt the whole purchasing process was seamless and relatively quick. I gave Mr. Francis very little details on what type of vehicle I wanted because I was certain I was leaving the lot in a Chevette. Mr. Francis showed me two vehicles, the first I liked very much but just for giggles asked if there was one with fewer miles, we walked up to the second vehicle and that was the one I wanted but was too afraid to ask to even look at it. I said to Mr. Francis, I love this but did you just show me something that I’ll never be able to finance. He laughed, said if you love it let’s go back in and finish the paperwork and get this finished tonight. Mr. Francis literally ran where he needed to go and with four minutes to spare he and the finance team finished the process, got the paperwork to the DMV, and I drove away in a vehicle I love. I could not be happier with the service I received from Mr. Francis and everyone behind the scenes. More

Only thing I was disappointed in was the trade in value. They gave me the rough trade in value when I believe I had the average. Carpet was dirty was only thing wrong with vehicle.
