Mike is awesome. He is friendly and patient. Shelor is different than most dealerships. I never felt like their prey. He has called several times to check and see how I'm doing and if there was anything t different than most dealerships. I never felt like their prey. Shelor is a little drive from where I live but they make it worth your drive. I'll definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

The service I received at Shelor was wonderful. Before I even stepped foot on the lot, Bowie had emailed and called me to answer my questions. We drove almost 100 miles to the dealership only because of th even stepped foot on the lot, Bowie had emailed and called me to answer my questions. We drove almost 100 miles to the dealership only because of the customer service Bowie had gave us. When we arrived at the lot Rick Harrison was there to help us. He answered all my questions and concerns about the vehicle we selected. He bent over backwards to get us the deal we wanted and needed. Upon arriving at Shelor, every sales associate was very friendly and approachable! I never felt rushed or pushed to buy a car, like at many other dealerships.
