We walked in the morning of 1/14 with two vehicles to test drive that we had seen the previous day while "window shopping". Kati was quick to help us with this, and when we did not find them to be what test drive that we had seen the previous day while "window shopping". Kati was quick to help us with this, and when we did not find them to be what we wanted she was still eager to help us. She did not try to push a particular make or model, new vs. used, but instead listened to what our needs were in finding a vehicle. Once we test drove the Sorento and felt this was the vehicle we wanted to purchase, she quickly had the paperwork under way. It was a long day as we went through the purchasing process, but we left that evening in a vehicle that had all we wanted and needed. The tour of the dealership was excellent, and the hand-off between Kati and Robert was a wonderful experience and we did not feel like we were on a conveyor belt being shuttled to the next stop for processing. This was the smoothest car purchase I have ever made and this is my 5 time in purchasing from a dealership in 24 yrs, and first time with one of this size. Thank you for your wonderful staff and whatever you do for them to make them proud to be a part of such a large team. That is a rare quality seen in employees lately. More

When I came to your store my experience with Josh was great he was very helpful and I needed to try several Cars to find the one I really Liked and he was very helpful with that. When I was trying to trade we could not come to an agreement on price so I did not buy that day. However I had three people call and ask what they could do to help me trade cars. Finally we were able to come together on pricing and I LOVE my new Ford Fusion. Thanks to everyone.
