I had a very pleasant experience. I had some bad experiences at other dealerships and was not looking forward to another trip to a dealership. I went into Shelor with a very specific vehicle that I was looking to buy and a specific amount that I would be able to pay a month. I was looking for a used car with a tight budget, so I was initially hesitant to try out a "mega" dealer like Shelor. My perceptions were largely vacillating between wanting a good price in a used car, bu was initially hesitant to try out a "mega" dealer like Shelor. My perceptions were largely vacillating between wanting a good price in a used car, but also ensure that the quality of the restoration was up to new car standards. I found what I was looking for in the "cheap" lot of Shelor, but the car I ended up buying felt a lot more like a quality new Toyota, even at 7 years old. My experience with sales rep Dedrick and manager Donnie were pleasant and free of persuasion. They even gave me a fuel compensation for when I had to drive back and forth to the dealer more than once to gather personal documents, which was more my fault than anything. I feel confident that my new (to me) vehicle will serve me well in the next few years, and I'm glad that Shelor has helped me find just the right fit for me. More
