I had a 2006 ford fusion and a lady ran into me and totaled it, i loved that car and i had planned on keeping it a long time. well we had decided to use the insurance money and pay cash so i didn't hav totaled it, i loved that car and i had planned on keeping it a long time. well we had decided to use the insurance money and pay cash so i didn't have a car payment. I started my car search and went to several dealerships looking at used cars and claude miles was recomended from one of my bosses friends where i work so i went to see claude and he showed us several vehicles and we test drove them and claude walked around in the cold rain that night trying to help us make a decision and he made us feel so welcome and at ease with no pressure. we told him we needed to sleep on it and look around a bit more because i just could not find a car that i loved so much as my ford fusion that was totaled. well the next evening we found a 2007 ford fusion at lynchburg mazda and we went to see it and the vehicle was not what the dealership had promised and they treated us so bad and made us feel about 2 inches tall and they were very disrespectful and unprofesinol so we backed out of the purchase and thats when we decided enough is enough and as we left going up the road we called claude and left a message that we wanted to get the toyota camry that we had looked at from claude because he had us feel so at ease and trustworthy. well after much more thinking i called claude to see if i could qualify for a 2012 ford fusion because thats what i really wanted and claude sold us that vehicle and i have never been happier. I have to tell you that the shelor motor mile is the only way to go and claude miles is one of the kindest and nicest salesman that i have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He made us feel like family and no pressure what so ever. In my opinion you are a very lucky business to have a man like this to be representing the shelor motor mile.thank you so much for all the wonderful service and a wonderful vehicle. :) More

Overall it was a good buying experience. The salesperson was extremely helpful and went out of his way to guarantee my satisfaction. My only problem was the length of time I had to spend at the dealership was extremely helpful and went out of his way to guarantee my satisfaction. My only problem was the length of time I had to spend at the dealership getting all the paperwork and other issues out of the way. Came back twice for paperwork, and then had to return to get my stereo programed because battery had been disconnected prior to my purchase. Also, one of my tires went flat and service department would not even check it to find out why without charging me. A little disappointed but overall satisfied, and will not have a problem recommending Shelor or doing return business. More

Well, I came to this dealership to see if i can finally get my dream car. Well I got to test drive it. And I fell in love with it. The customer service at Motor Mile is excellent and has always been since I have been shopping with Shelor since 2006. Everyone there is very friendly and professional. I went with the intentions of seeing what I would be qualified for and to shop around a little bit but we got with a sells person by the name of Andy Millirons and he was an awesome sales person.
