I have bought several cars from Shelor as well as referred family and friends to Shelor. I feel that everyone I have dealt with has had such a high standard of customer service qualities. This last experience with Shelor was a quick and brief transaction. Part of that was due to knowing exactly what I wanted and having been referred by Carson Poole to a dealer who was exceptional. Our dealer was Sue Wilburn. I explained to her that in the past I have had to wait and wait and wait mostly in the financial department when purchasing a vehicle. However, I asked her to have as much stuff ready before hand as we traveled an hour to get there before we arrived. Sue made our car buying experience quick and easy. She had the paperwork together and stayed in communication with me. I would recommend Sue to anyone I know. Her personality and professionalism outshined most dealers I have dealt with. I rated the price a 4 because I had gotten better offers for my trade in, however when I walked away and contacted Sue the next day and told her I was really interested in this car she offered a higher price for my trade in that I was happy with. I would have liked a smaller price for the vehicle we purchased or some additional add ons, or a higher price for my trade in but in the end I am happy with our new vehicle and the deal we got. Upon delivery of our new vehicle Sue showed us how to work the DVD players and the heated seats. All in all we were delighted to work with Sue and feel that in the future we will contact her again. No high pressure sales, worked to get great financing (forgot the ladys name in the finance dept., but she was very friendly and helpful). Great follow up after the sale . I was hesitant about coming to Shelor because it is so big, but I was pleasantly pleased. Every one was great and we love our Avenger. Finanacing was so easy. Mike was very nice and helpfull through the whole buying process. I would suggest him to others looking for vehicles. Its not really Mikes fault but the only thing we were not pleased with was we bought a u process. I would suggest him to others looking for vehicles. We bought it that day and were told they owed us a free detailing. So a couple days later we dropped the car off to be detailed and they did a pretty poor job cleaning it. I feel like if we would have bought the car after it had been cleaned and ready to sell they would have done a MUCH better job. More

The sales staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Jackie Costa who let me know when certain vehicles came in that fit my criteria and also Josh Beavers who helped with a couple test-drives when Jackie was unavailable. Ashley Hosey was our Finance delivery rep and she explained every aspect of the papers we were signing as she went over each form with us. Overall great experience. I would and have recommended friends and family to shop at Shelor before going somewhere else because of the huge inventory of new and used vehicles they have and the lnowledgeable sales staff as well.
