i HAVE A FORD, AND AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH PARTS THAT CAME FROM YOUR FACTORY THAT HAD A RECALL AND YOU ARE REFUSING TO HELP ME WITH THIS. I WROTE TO NATIONAL TRAFFIC SAFETY AND IT APPEARS THAT THE PROBLEM IS NOT JUST FORM 2011 - 2013 EXPLORERS BUT NOW FROM 2011 - 2016 WITH THE SAME ISSUE. I GUESS YOUR COMPANY DOEST STAND BY ITS NAME. THAT IS A xxxx SHAME. SO I GUESS UNTIL SOMEONE DIES FROM THIS PROBLEM IT WONT BE FIXED.. NEVER EVER WILL I BUY A FORD PRODUCT IF IT IS LAST VEHCILE
