I’ve bought 4 cars from Nissan and never had an issue with them. All of their cars were clean with low miles. My last car was a total loss and working with the finance department hasn’t been a good exp with them. All of their cars were clean with low miles. My last car was a total loss and working with the finance department hasn’t been a good experience. It’s going on 3 months and the car still isn’t paid off. As if the total loss hasn’t been stressful enough, there was an error made by either the finance department or the gap insurance company but because of their error I am responsible to pay more than a months interest. When I spoke to the lady in finance today (after several unreturned calls) she told me “we’re not paying it, they’re not paying it and that’s where we are with it” and that’s fine but they definitely lost a loyal customer. More
