Please read about these. In a nutshell it protects the dealership from any legal action. After refusing to sign this I was told if I did not sign it they could not sell me the car. So I called my insurance company again and had my car put back on my policy which then screwed up my monthly payment schedule......and left. Please before you go to any dealership ask first if they require binding arbitration. I went to a reputable dealership and bought my new car there. NO Binding Arbitration there! More

My wife paid $30,000 CASH FOR her car, and was manipulated, by Katey in the finance department, to purchase "EXTRA INSURANCE" to cover her car doors in case of small damage being caused by accidental means. We discovered a 2" scratch on the left back door that was caused by someone in a store parking lot. Called to set an appointment to get 1st oil change, since we paid $200.00 for an oil change membership, and informed them of the scratch on the door. Was told I could only bring it in on a Monday because thats the only day "the guy" will be there. It was drizzling rain in the morning and was told "the guy" wasn't there yet but if the rain stopped, which it did, it would be no problem. Went to pick the car up that evening and looked at the repair, and saw that all they did was take a paint marker and draw across the scratch. This left the scratch still very visible and looked very amature and tacky. When I confronted the service team I was told that thats all they were responsible to do and that my contract didn't cover "scratches". So basically, I'm screwed!!!!!!!!!!! I will be going home after work today to study my contract and see exactly what it says. Nevertheless they acted like they did not care about our car or us as a customer. Their main focus was on how they could get out of having to fix the scratch correctly. Stay tuned, more to be revealed. More

Shame on me for trusting what my salesperson (Sonny) had guaranteed in terms of price and parts. There's nothing they will not promise you over the phone to get you in and once they had my paperwork complete and payment collected, I was on the hook for the cost ($500) of a missing part (on a 2015 model) they had promised to replace. Important to note that Nissan NA will not assist with any complaints so look elsewhere or look forward to a "bill of goods" sales experience. More

The Nissan Sheridan team is Awesome. I was in a new car by Monday. I was carless for only 3 days. Note to mention: I didn't have the best credit. .less then year post bankruptcy. I left with a upgraded car and doable payments. Mike and Brandon was a pleasure to work with....oh can't forget Drew. More

I purchased a CPO Maxima recently and my husband discoverd that the the lights on the back of the mirrors were not all working. Now if you are performing a checklist and representing this as certified would you not do your best to put your best foot forward with this car as well? Apparently not and you want me to beleive you checked this car thoroughly? How could you have if something simple, that I as the potential new ower would not have known were functional lights,were not working? Either you knew it and did not care or your employee did not do his/her job. Either way, I bought a beautiful car that needs 1200.00 in repairs because mirrors are almost 500ea the labor is 100 ea and matching paint is 85 ea. You offer me 500.00 toward a repair that you know xxxx well I shouldn't have to be making anyway. No matter, I'm telling everyone everywhere that CPO is xx! I called Chip to decline the measley 500 and asked him to return my call and to date he has not! No surprise there...why would you not want to speak with me Chip? Perhaps guilt? Just remember karma is a B! More

Andrew Miller was the most un-professional person I have ever dealt with, nasty and mean. I am surprised that a so called reputable dealership would have this type of person representing them, but I have come to the conclusion that this is thier normal way of doing things...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! More
