Oil change and recall I had a recall on my car and when I tried to make an appointment, I was told I couldn’t and to just drive through the express lane. When I got there, I had a recall on my car and when I tried to make an appointment, I was told I couldn’t and to just drive through the express lane. When I got there, I stood around for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When someone helped me, I was told there was a 3 hour wait for an oil change and to get the recall fixed. I was then asked “well why didn’t you make an appointment” when I was specifically told I couldn’t. After waiting 2+ hours, my car was done and when I left, I noticed the oil light was never reset. Only hiccup is finance co. sent me a letter saying max they can finance is 60 months and contract is for 72. This will obviously affect my payment which is a deal breaker so unhappy at the moment and hoping Sherman Dodge can help. More

I ended up buying an extra oil change for the future, tire rotation, cabin and engine filter changes. The change oil message is still on my vehicle and instead of helping me to resolve it. You keep sending me surveys. Which is idiotic. This is the last one, I will fill out. As you don't care about this business or providing the service customers paid for. I really wish the owner knew how you people were running his business in the ground. I will be writing him a letter. More

Deceptive Practices - Don't trust this dealer. We were given a price and went in to buy the used car. They tried to add $1800 to the price, for a "Used Car Inspection". We were almost out the doo We were given a price and went in to buy the used car. They tried to add $1800 to the price, for a "Used Car Inspection". We were almost out the door when a manager came over and said "Oh that's an internal cost that shouldn't be on there. We'll remove it". So if we hadn't complained we would have paid an unnecessary $1800. The manager then told us about the better, cheaper MOPAR warrantee which can be used at any dealer. When we went to Finance Dept he tried to sell us their own warrantee which was more money and not valid elsewhere. More
