My husband was planning on meeting me at the dealership after work, unfortunately he had to work late. Instead of rescheduling, Brian took great care of me! He listened intently to what I was looking for in my dream vehicle, while knowing what the bottom line for our monthly payment could be. Brian asked me if there was anything I wanted, water, soda, something from the snack machine. He then told me that he would be back in a little bit, he was going to get some Jeeps ready for a test drive. I don't think he was gone for more than 10 minutes, & while he was gone other sales people checked on me. Brian returned with 3 options, he said 2 would fall in your price range and 1 is on the higher end. I thought okay doing his job, always try to up-sell. Not Brian!!! While we were test driving the second Jeep Wrangler Unlimited; he said, you know Deb, I think this is your car and I had that same feeling! To be sure though I asked if I drive the first one again, Brian said we will test drive as many as you would like until you find your car! I just want my customers to be happy and know they made the right decision when they leave here. After my test drives, came the fun part, my husband still would not be able to make it in. Brian asked what do you want to do next? Should we start the paperwork, and I was texting my husband, should we come back tomorrow? How should we handle this? I never felt pressured once from Brian trying to "make a sale!" Brian said if you like the Jeep - I can run what it will cost, so you & your husband can talk. Well, the only talking I'm doing with my husband is in person! Brian said you can put x amount of money down to hold your car, if you change your mind it will be refunded immediately! Not only did Brian hold my Jeep, he brought it in after I left, filled up the tank, had it cleaned & ready for me. Brian said have your husband call me - tonight I'm up late in the morning I'm up early!!! They talked a few times Saturday morning & then I received the text from my husband - Go get your JEEP, it's ready! My new dilemma how am I going to get there? If I drive (we didn't trade a car in), then I have to get 2 cars home. No need to worry, Brian picked me up once he was done with all my paperwork. He offered to buy me lunch on the way back too! He's very personable, knows his business well, takes pride in what he does and it shows! There is only one bad mark and I don't want it to reflect on Brian at all! He took the time to get all my paperwork done before picking me up, so all I would need to do is sign on the dotted lines! Someone made a mistake somewhere - not Brian - I was there for over 3 hours before I signed my paperwork & could leave with my car!!! I texted Brian when I had gotten to my breaking point; told him the excitement is over, I'm ready to go home. I'll be back on Monday - just make sure my paperwork is ready to go! Brian came running across the showroom - said Come on Deb, let's go! He apologized for the confusion - I know there wasn't any! Another sales person snuck his sale in front of me! I felt bad for Anthony in Finance; you could tell they said something to rush me back, none of my final paperwork was still ready. Anthony did a great job being calm cool and collect while gathering the paperwork he needed, looking up what I bought and I was done in 15 minutes! Time to be excited again! Back to Brian and my JEEP!!!! Brian had profusely apologized and texted me asking how the Jeep is and apologizing again for what happened Saturday afternoon. Loving my JEEP, thanks Brian you called it!! More

Wish I could give 0 stars. Avoid at all costs. This is honestly the worst dealership I have even been to. Saturday, 12/26/15, we were there looking at a car. Speaking with a salesman Victor (who th This is honestly the worst dealership I have even been to. Saturday, 12/26/15, we were there looking at a car. Speaking with a salesman Victor (who they called "vitek" pronounced "vee-tek") and agreed on a price for a 2016 Jeep Patriot which had A/C, 4WD, and power windows. He wrote down the price of the car on his business card after a manager approved it in front of us. We were excited, however due to finances we were going to wait exactly 1 week until we actually purchased the car. Shouldn't be a problem they said, assuring us to talk to Victor and bring the card in with us. During the ensuing week, in the course of sever conversations with sales associates, managers, and others at the company, we got the impression that they were not going to offer us that price at all (even though a manager already did!). We never got another chance to talk to Victor because he was on vacation, even though he said he would be there when we purchased the car. They said the price was impossible and no sales associate would ever offer that. A manager personally called and said that they had to have made a mistake when we saw them. After inquiring on what the actual price would be, we were told by Juanita, another sales associate who would "exclusively be dealing with us from now on" a new price, about $500 more than their original offer. However, she said that a manager can make that price go down so it is comparable when we come in. I arranged a time to come in, Thursday December 31, 2015 and all was set to be well as she guaranteed that the car was there, that she had several of them in the facility on hand and that she would hold onto the car for us. Because we weren't planning on finalizing the purchase until that Saturday, we were told to come in and make a $100 deposit so we can get the sale price that we want a few days later. She even sent a window sticker with that information so we can show what car we were looking for. However, when I called the 31st, Juanita was nowhere there. Several people said she was with a customer and will be in later, apparently she never came in. I found this out when Jack (they called him Jack Moody) called me. He had gotten my number from a sales manager Matt, after he made sure that the car was in stock and was a 4WD, had A/C, and power windows. I inquired about the car and made sure our requirements were filled, and Jack told me at least 10 times that the car was there and had all the parts. As previously planned with Juanita, we made it into the store, even though it was incredibly inconvenient for us to go on New Years Eve. When we got there, we were greeted by Jack Moody, and he said everything is looking good, we are good to go. He then went to talk to a manager to get paperwork. This was the same manager that approved the price last week. When we asked him, he said he remember us, but never approved that deal, lying through his teeth. Understanding we wouldn't get our original price, we then hoped to get at least the price Juanita told us the day before. When Jack Moody came back, he told us two things. 1. The car was not even at the store. 2. That car won't have power windows. This is when we walked out. The next day, we received a call from Victor saying that the car we have is in stock and he will honor our original price. Despite not wanting to believe them, we drove there and took a look. Again, they had lied because they did not have the car in 4WD like we required. Avoid this place at all costs. This is the worst establishment I have ever been to. I will be writing letters for the FTC, Chrysler, the Better Business Bureau, and anywhere else that will listen. For those who don't want to read this review fully: Don't go here, they will lie to your face, give you deals that they don't honor, and have no idea how to serve customers. More

The best!!!!!! I'm not into the hours it takes to buy a new car but the guys a Sherman made my dreams come true, in and out under an hour. Chris (the shy guy) greeted me in the lot before I even stepped into the dealership floor. He did everything I would expect a sales guy to do, find my needs and make a deal happen without all the fluff. He wasted no time with me, I wanted to look at 3 different models that jeep made, he had them all lined up to compare each one. I decided to by the jeep srt. We got into the deal making part and that was even easier. There was a bottom line I need to be at and they made it work, Aaron Asani the sales manager jumped into the conversation with us and they offered me the best financing options, I was really surprised at this point to have the level of service I had. No bull they really gave me the best deal, I had calls into 3 other dealerships and they couldn't even come close to the deal Sherman was able to provide. I know some people don't like shopping at the big dealerships because they feel they are getting ripped off but honestly the big dealerships can give the the best deal, they move product and for that they can work with you in both the price and the financing as long as your realistic. You cant expect to buy a car for half price but you can expect to not get ripped off. I truly believe the guys at Sherman are honest and up front, they were with me and I would suggest to anyone looking for the Jeep, Chrysler Dodge name to take the time to meet with these guys, they make it happen and I couldn't be happier with my whole experience.
