I'm sure if they got rid of them things would work and would run a lot smoother, except for the exceptions of Mac Chucky ,bow tie, Mr King,Ernesto and a few others who showed great character ethics morals and great customer service skills I seen many with poor social skillsand little if any at all customer service skills who just give a bad name to Sherman Dodge which I believe to be a good dealership! they should get rid of the managers and make the right employees they have the new management this is my professional opinion and I'm not saying this out of spite I'm completely unbiased thank you for your time More

We bought the car and after that we noticed that some documents were missing, and the car airbag didn't work. So, we contacted a person who was our car salesman - VICTOR. To this day we haven't receive any response. The first time we called him he wasn't happy that we contacted him but finally he promised to do something. Next time he told us that he didn't have time to speak to us. To this day STILL NO RESPONSE! Liars I had a horrible experience with Kevin Zago. I told him everything that I could afford over the phone. When I got there everything we talked about wen I had a horrible experience with Kevin Zago. I told him everything that I could afford over the phone. When I got there everything we talked about went out the window. He didn't remember anything we talked about. He told me over the phone and texted me that I was approved just come in. I really believed him until I got there and came the you need more income and had the nerve to ask my friend could she sign for me. I thought that unprofessional and way out of line. He is a very fast talker and very impersonal. I had a sales person named Vicki prior to him. He told me he was her boss ( the finance manager) and I didn't need to no longer communicate with her and not to talk to anyone or give my personal information so my score wouldn't drop! All lies. I am going to write a letter to the general manager about this. More
Terrible I went here looking for a Jeep, on the first visit I looked and talked to two salesman and left with an open mind. I figured I would leave my options I went here looking for a Jeep, on the first visit I looked and talked to two salesman and left with an open mind. I figured I would leave my options open, I wasn’t impressed with this place as it was filthy and they would leave me waiting at the table to go “check with their boss” for an extremely long time. After leaving I of course got calls for days to come back they "they want to work a deal". My mistake was wasting my time and driving back to this DUMP a second time. However, I went there with full intention to leave with a new jeep. They had the right color and price. Well, they advertised that they had the right price. The salesman met us there and acted as though he was doing us a favor by showing us the jeep. Quite honestly his demeanor was so off putting that I can’t believe this guy could actually get someone to buy a car from him. Not sure if he expected us to thank him for his time because I figured our business was enough for this jerk. I guess not. When trying to negotiate price, he added on an additional 1,000 and couldn't give a reason that actually made sense and he seemed to be mad that he was asked about adding on money. Then it really got interesting, he wanted to charge us a 4.99% interest rate on the loan. Now, I know that can’t be right since my credit score is above 740, when asked about this, the salesman said it was because I have not had a car loan in the past. I have always bought my cars outright in the past and I guess they felt I should be penalized for that. I stood up after being jerked around long enough and some little guy (who sensed this was going south) suddenly appeared, saying he now got it down to 3.99% when I asked how that happened he said he called a bank. Strange because Banks are closed at 7:30! I out right said "this is not right; the number is WAY too high”. This little man was then in my face saying "you tell me what you think it should be"! He proceeded to say I can give you a 1% rate but you have to make $1100 monthly payments for a year! That doesn’t even make sense. I was so surprised by this and obviously at this point I was not going to buy a car from these people! It’s insulting to know that these men were purely out to take advantage of us and were relying on us to not to notice or question a high interest rate. More

Service Outstanding customer service! I went to the dealership for a break change and to fix a paint chipping. Only to discover that the paint chipping was no Outstanding customer service! I went to the dealership for a break change and to fix a paint chipping. Only to discover that the paint chipping was not covered by the warranty, however regardless of that the manager at Sherman Aaron was kind enough to still get it fixed. We will definitely be coming back for any service that needs to be done on our Jeep. More
