I have never felt this comfortable in a dealership to purchase a new vehicle. Cameron provided me with so much knowledge as well as answering all questions I had. Although I test drove multiple cars, and being picky about my decision, Cameron made sure I got what I wanted and did not pressure to get something I did not want. He catered to all my wants and needs for the vehicle I purchased and I have not had that simplicity ever. Worst experience ever Just like the other bad experiences I have had nothing but bad things to say about this dealer. I bought a dodge ram 1500 and started with a broken br Just like the other bad experiences I have had nothing but bad things to say about this dealer. I bought a dodge ram 1500 and started with a broken brake line. They fixed it and was no problem there.i then had a door seal that would not stay in place. I took it in and they said they had to order the part.i called for appointment went in and they fixed it. Just found out that they put glue on it instead of changing the part. Then I had another issue with some sticker trim on the door frame. They said that it was covered and that they will order the part and call me when the parts were in but only after they kept me waiting for three hours for an oil change and inspection of the trim. They told me that I didn't have to pay for the oil change and that they were sorry for making me wait. Was then called and told that the parts were in and I made an appointment. I went in to get the work done and was then told that it was not covered and that this work was done by an outside company and i would have to bring it back. All of which could have been avoided by telling me that it was not covered in the first place. Instead they made me take off work and wasted my time. After this issue they called me for days but not to help me with the problem but instead to charge me for the three hour oil change. More
