Donnie Kostecki: Started As A Salesman, Ended Up A Friend I met Donnie the day I went in to look at 2014 Grand Cherokees last July - He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to and ask questions. I had I met Donnie the day I went in to look at 2014 Grand Cherokees last July - He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to and ask questions. I had been looking for a car for over a year and had never bought new- so I had a lot of questions and doubts. Donnie was patient and not the least bit pushy- I ended up going home with the best car for my family and career- and am so happy with it over a year later. Anytime I have questions, Donnie gave me his personal cell phone number to call or text! and he gets back to me immediately with answers. As if I didn't list enough of Donnie's wonderful characteristics - I have to mention one other story: I volunteer for Special Olympics Chicago and our biggest event is the Polar Plunge at North Ave Beach. This past winter, the day after the Polar Plunge, I was in the dealership for a nail in my tire, and who do I see walking the floor with a Polar Plunge hoodie on, Donne Kostecki. Turned out he jumped into Lake Michigan dressed as Batman in nearly zero degrees to raise money for Special Olympic Athletes, like my brother. What. A. Guy. If you're going to buy a car- this is the man who can help you and you will leave with a great vehicle AND a new friend, like I did! More

Great No Pressure Experience @ Sherman w/ Donnie K. Saturday I purchased my second new Jeep Grand Cherokee at Sherman. I traded in the 2012 Overland for a 2014 SRT. Lies, false promises, false advertasing Worst experience when it comes to dealing with this type of business. Their manager Jerry is everything but honest. He lies, he likes to yell crazy th Worst experience when it comes to dealing with this type of business. Their manager Jerry is everything but honest. He lies, he likes to yell crazy things like "I cannot deliver my promise but complaint to President of United States". After that I spoke to general manager Alex who has a lot better with approach but did not want to honor earlier given promises. Positive thing is here that my company is leasing several other cars from them and we will take them for service somewhere else but not here. You guys really know how to get rid of the customers. Advice to potential buyers: be aware that this place has 1 stars review all across the web and there must be reason for that (check yourself). Go buy somewhere else, price are anyway 95% same but you will get better beater service and treatment for sure. More
