Service Poor customer service , was ignored for approximately 20 min in parts department before somebody looked up. Always have a since of anxiety when bringing the auto here. More

I am still confused Romino, the young sales rep, was very polite and helpful. I was asking for an itemized list (price, tax, license plates, discount, total) and he kept giving me choices like $590 per month or $680 per month. I liked the kid so much, I bought the car. Jason in finance was also very personable and easy to deal with. He gave me a copy of the transaction on a small computer card and now I need to find the right type of device to look at the documents. It's not Jason's fault but I should of asked him to print it out for me. Maybe in the future, ask the customer if they prefer a computer card or a written receipt. More
