As expected with this dealership our bogo promotion for a free oil change did not appear on the record. When asked why Earl said they are not doing these anymore. I said why would someone call me to inform m free oil change did not appear on the record. When asked why Earl said they are not doing these anymore. I said why would someone call me to inform me he answered they wouldn’t do that. Of course they wouldn’t do it. Always have a disappointing experience at Sherman. The only reason why the 2 stars were given was for the employee who greeted us and was very nice and the employee who perform the oil change. Earl and serval other employees were not even wearing a face mask and I came in with my son who is under 2 years old. No respect for others. More

It was a very basic visit. Oil change only. They didn’t even do a basic wash on my Jeep. When I climbed in there was plastic wrap everywhere and they didn’t tell me how to reset the oil feature so had to g even do a basic wash on my Jeep. Their service guys were nice at check in, and they had massage chairs, but the waiting room looked like it hadn’t been wiped down and cleaned for awhile. More
