Top off fluids Oil change and replacement wipers completed to satisfaction. Coolant and windshield fluids left low. I left the service center and went to Auto Zone Oil change and replacement wipers completed to satisfaction. Coolant and windshield fluids left low. I left the service center and went to Auto Zone to top off my coolant and windshield fluids. Charge a $5-$10 fees to top off fluids and save folks an extra errand. More

Unwilling I contacted the dealership after I purchased my new car to schedule my installation of my remote start. After a few attempts I was finally contacted b I contacted the dealership after I purchased my new car to schedule my installation of my remote start. After a few attempts I was finally contacted back saying that a part will be in stock working about 2 weeks. I waited the amount of time but after 3 weeks of not being contacted back I attempted to inquire again. No one could give me an answer nor give me a call back. I called for what I am assuming was 3 more weeks almost everyday. My sales experience was good. I knew what I wanted & sales person showed me what I could afford. The dealership contact stated 30 day installation guaranteed. I purchased my vehicle on Saturday September 28th & it took until November 11th to get it installed only after I called the General Manager. Separately, my girlfriends purchased a vehicle in 2018 & part of her deal was heated seats. It is now a year & has yet to get the work done. They only have her one key fob, which I called multiple times about but their response was always, we will order it. Now it’s been over a year & it wasn’t until I did my due diligence for my car that her issues are being taken up. The service technician was good, installed my remote starter just fine & I enjoy it. But any follow up in parts after purchase was horrible. We truly enjoy the Dodge & Jeep line-ups, but in the future we will need to question what dealership we purchase from or establish clear scheduling then & there if any additional work needs to be done. More
