Additional car issues I believe I got ripped off. I took my car in for breaks and ended up paying $1400 for “additional services” that I needed. To makes matters worse , the next day my AC went out that was supposedly repaired by Sherman dodge 2 months ago. Now I see why everyone says never to take your car to the dealership for repairs. They have my signed paper and I assumed that paper give them authorization for oil change. After few days I found that they charge me 600 $ . The paper that I signed give them authorization to do maintenance services that I didn’t asked for. More

When it hot it's hot My ac was working but the passenger side was pushing heat, the air mix actuator had failed. Seemed the best place to take it was the dealer. When Service checked the registration the vehicle had 4 safety recalls, They did all at no cost except the time it took. Glad it was that simple and happy with the a/c. More

Asked for 25k mile full service I knew I needed rear wiper blade replaced. Service dept didn’t notice that so I question the quality of safety check which I would think is routine. This leads me to question inspection of all fluids(no mention of inspection in service report/invoice). I don’t have much confidence in the thoroughness of the “major” servicing milestone. More
