Sherman Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM - Service Center

Waited forever for a simple oil change So I needed to get an oil change and came in roughly 9am I was told that they were backed up so it would be about 1 -1.5 hours and I was okay with tha So I needed to get an oil change and came in roughly 9am I was told that they were backed up so it would be about 1 -1.5 hours and I was okay with that I waited in the waiting room for an hour, then 2 passed and I started getting restless at about the 2.5 hour point I texted them and they said they were finishing up the paperwork. The duration was over 3 hours and other customers who had come in after me but got the same service left before me. The only reason I gave 2 starts was because my previous oil change went fine and the massage chairs were a heaven sent. More

Additional car issues I believe I got ripped off. I took my car in for breaks and ended up paying $1400 for “additional services” that I needed.
