Not fixed Your told one thing then everything changes once the process starts. I came multiple time for the same problem because it was not fixed. The last time I brought my car in for service my old car was never fixed so after 7 hours I left with a different car. Hopefully I have no problems with this car. More
Disappointed On December 27, 2018, my husband and I traded 2 of our cars with this dealership (Mitsubishi Outlander and Lancer) and purchased a brand new 2019 Chry On December 27, 2018, my husband and I traded 2 of our cars with this dealership (Mitsubishi Outlander and Lancer) and purchased a brand new 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. I have never been so disappointed with a service from a dealership before. This is by far the worst! As first time Chrysler buyers and being our first time with this dealership, they have made a very bad impression with us already. The first experience was when their team made a mistake on our loan documents. Then something went wrong with the vehicle (engine/emissions warning light was on) and I called the dealership regarding this matter. The service center told us to drop the car off and I did. Come to find out after 7 hours that they could not fix the car because they did not have the parts. We had to wait for 2 weeks to get the parts in. So, I dropped the vehicle in again, to note that I had to go out of my way and missing hours from work to do this, just to be disappointed again because they said they have to call Chrysler and wait for their response. We had to wait for 3 days for it so we got the car again. Last week was the breaking point for me. I had to drop our van again, hoping that this is the last time! I do not understand how a dealership like this can not provide a loaner car or yet have a service vehicle available to drop their customers off at a reasonable location while their vehicle is being serviced! They have seemed to have made every excuse to not accommodate my needs, saying that no loaner vehicle was available, and no one was available to drop me off to my job! When I called after 6 hours they said that the car was not done yet and they are not sure if I can get it that day or after a day. I told them I will file a formal complaint. Then after 2 hours they said I can get my vehicle and it’s done. So I am thinking, what if I didn’t react that way? Maybe it will take another day for them to finish it. You best believe after this experience I will not be purchasing another vehicle from your dealership and definitely not referring anyone. They could not even care to think how much of a hassle it is for us to do this. I work full time and have 2 young kids at home, my husband works full time as well overnight! I have had to drop the vehicle 3 times to this dealership and have had to take lyft/uber to get to work and back home without any offer to reimbursement me. Then my husband has to get up from his sleep so he can drive my mother in laws car to the dealership so we can pick up the vehicle. I was very much disappointed. More

I was looking to upgrade to the L I brought my 2018 Jeep Latitude for an oil change, Service was superb. Now let's talk sbout the sales department. I was looking to upgrade to the Limited. My salesman stated that he had a perfect one in the other lot, which I know is less then a ten minute drive. 50 minutes later the car was ready for me to see. Can I tell you I WAS INSULTED. The vehicle had 185 miles, soda cans and garbage in the back seat, a phone charger plugged in and dirt on the front driver side. The salesman said his manager was driving this. If he was going to the other lot, those vehicles are not driven. The vehicle had secured dealer plates. Are you serious? My vehicle that was brought in for service was cleaner than the upgrade I was looking to purchase. I will be sharing this information with Jeep. More
