Poor communication, no follow through, and took 3 months to repair my Jeep, leaving my Jeep outside in the snow the whole time. They gave me a loaner that reeked of weed. Frustrating experience all around. Made an appointment where I indicated I needed a new Wrangler headlight, which seems like a small thing, only to show up at the appointed time to learn that they had no where I indicated I needed a new Wrangler headlight, which seems like a small thing, only to show up at the appointed time to learn that they had no Wrangler headlights. So I ordered the part and left. Received a call a week later and was told the part was in. Scheduled a return trip to have it installed. Then when I showed up I was told they didn't have the part. I explained that they had called me telling me that they had it, which then caused them to search for it for half-an-hour before finding it. Finally they found it and installed it. What a hassle for what should have been a very simple fix from a Jeep dealer. More
