I'll never drive another car but a Subaru! This being my 4th Subaru (3 Foresters & 1 Outback) I am definitely in love. The latest purchase was a 2017 Forester and "she" is amazing. The main reason I continue to do business with Shingle Springs Subaru is the staff. Namely: Aaron Sherer. He has always been honest, forthright, and an amazing customer service agent. He is friendly, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. Too, he is hands on with any questions I may have -- including AFTER my purchase. Too, Claire Barnett is perfect in her position -- never made me feel stupid with my questions. I totally recommend this dealership. Subaru is an awesome car and only gets better. More

Our first new Subaru We have wanted a brand new Subaru for some time. As we passed Shingle Springs Subaru on our way to Placerville, hubby, Dean, took a quick right off of We have wanted a brand new Subaru for some time. As we passed Shingle Springs Subaru on our way to Placerville, hubby, Dean, took a quick right off of the freeway and into the dealership. Karl greeted us and we talked at length about the possibility of leasing a new Subaru. Our budget is tight, like most, so we needed low monthly payments...Karl assured us that could happen. He tried to get us to take an Outback, our preferred model, out that day for a test, but we were on a time crunch. He gave us his card, told us his hours and we said our goodbyes. Since we live about an hour and a half away, we needed to get going that day, Thursday. After much discussion, on Sat evening I texted Karl to let him know we were coming out the next morning to see if we could make a deal. We met so many wonderful folks today that helped us attain our goal...we drove home in our brand new 2017 Subaru Outback! I named her Blue xxxxx...this is the beginning of a brand new love story! They are 100 percent honest and never try to play games on what repairs that need fixing. There customer service is the Best! They drive me and a friend to Placerville, about 15 miles up the road, so we can shop and have lunch, and pick us up when the car is ready to go. The customer service area is very clean, plenty of chairs, magazines, bathrooms, coffee, ...the works! Because I am now an older lady and having a reliable vehicle is paramount to me driving mostly alone, they make sure my car is up to par and SAFE!
