It was a pleasure dealing with everyone, from Claire, Jeff and Todd. Love having Claire go over all the features, I have never had that happen any other place. Jeff kept in touch with e during the whole time, from day one, until the car came in and until the weather broke that we could get over the mountain. We were treated like family/friends, again never had that experience before. We would again travel the extra miles to be treated like family. Outstanding and above expectation We worked with Tim online. The price he quoted was better than any other dealer and there was no hidden facts or appeals to their profit margins. Recall and gas tank door fix Went here today to have my gas tank door looked at because it wouldn't close and to have the current recall for my Legacy fixed. Found out that the door wouldn't close because the cable came loose, nothing worse than that...and I was prepared to have to bring the car back to have a major fix done. Mason in the service department took care of me today with no charges and had me in and out with both services in about an hour. I can't tell everyone enough that this is the best place to go for service and for car buying. Everyone here is so nice and makes the effort to get to know you by name. I drive up from downtown Sacramento just to have my car serviced here because it's such a pleasant experience every time. And, this is the 3rd car that has been purchased here, between me and my family....I recommend Shingle Springs Subaru for service and for car buying to everyone wanting a hassle-free and pleasurable experience.
