Bad experiences one after another Shore Toyota does not value my 15 years loyalty. I had to beg them and ask them constantly if the part arrived. After they said parts arrived and sc Shore Toyota does not value my 15 years loyalty. I had to beg them and ask them constantly if the part arrived. After they said parts arrived and scheduling and showing up they said the parts didn't arrive but after showing bit anger the parts arrived and performed the service. Frank the adviser was very rude and even the service was done asked me to wait one more day. Very rude and unprofessional which BTW makes him perfect fit for sore(!)Toyota! It appears they broke my back quarter window, I will complain to Toyota and open a case. More

5K Service was a breeze! Very easy in and out. Scheduled in at 9:30 completed and on my way at 9:58! Waiting area clean my only problem is Fox News was on TV. I was not the on Very easy in and out. Another couple actually got up and went outside to wait commenting they could not listen anymore to the tv! More
