Discontentment We recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma truck (July 2016). The employees at Shore Toyota were, in no way, kind or easy to work with. Buying a 36,000 We recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma truck (July 2016). The employees at Shore Toyota were, in no way, kind or easy to work with. Buying a 36,000 dollar vehicle is scary and overwhelming to say the least. In my opinion, managers and salesmen should be sensitive to their customers and helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, at Shore, the manger said he "hates talking to people" and that he "prefers buying vehicles" over engaging with the public. The finance manager added $595.00 to our contract without our permission after we just told him we were not interested in an extended warranty. (Make sure you look over your contract very carefully.) My mother suggested that we go to Shore because she purchased her last vehicle there. I told our salesman that she sent us which meant she was to receive 75.00. (She has not, as yet, received a check.) I thought I would have had a friendlier experience at Shore Toyota. Instead I felt like they were only interested in making money at our expense, and I certainly don't appreciate deceitfulness. More

INSTALL NEW BATTERY I HAD NO APPOINTMENT BUT WAS FRIGHTENED TO DRIVE THE CAR WHEN ALL DASHBOARD LIGHTS CAME ON AND STAYED ON. I CHECKED THE MANUAL AND WAS ADVISED TO SEE I HAD NO APPOINTMENT BUT WAS FRIGHTENED TO DRIVE THE CAR WHEN ALL DASHBOARD LIGHTS CAME ON AND STAYED ON. I CHECKED THE MANUAL AND WAS ADVISED TO SEE A DEALER. I DROVE OVER AND DAVE HANDLED MY CONCERNS. I LEFT THE CAR WITH NO GUARANTEE AS TO WHEN IT WOULD BE SEEN AND WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED WHEN I WAS CALLED 2 DAYS LATER AND TOLD IT WAS READY FOR PICKUP.. More
