Frank Catrombone greeted me and and assured me there were many cars to choose from. My salesman, Jim Griffin was just great, accommodating to my specific requests. I drove a few cars and found one that was just right for me. Jim was calm, not pushy and knowledgeable of all of my concerns and questions. I had to work the day of the sale and Jim expedited the paperwork so quickly and efficiently. Negotiating the price with Frank at the table made the whole deal a perfect Shore Toyota experience.
