Excellent Service Department I was just at the Shore Toyota Service Department, doing routine maintenance on my 2016 Scion IM. Everyone with whom I came in contact was courteous a I was just at the Shore Toyota Service Department, doing routine maintenance on my 2016 Scion IM. Everyone with whom I came in contact was courteous and friendly. Matt Bruschi is the Service manager. He personally welcomed me to the service department and made sure I was well taken care of. This does not happen in most impersonal industries, but is the regular occurrence at Shore Toyota. This is the only place I will bring my car for scheduled maintenance. I had a wonderful buying experience with them and now continue with superior service. More

Disappointed Bought 3-vehicles at this dealership....sales, okay, service department needs work......First incident, one of the vehicles went in for a recall.....t Bought 3-vehicles at this dealership....sales, okay, service department needs work......First incident, one of the vehicles went in for a recall.....they forgot about vehicle that was in for service....waited of 2-months. Another account where service man lost our key then gave us a hard time about it. Had to wait several days before we could get our vehicle...it was just in for a simple recall. Yet another account in a breach of contract ...would not honor the 25,000/2-year/5-service contract on our newer vehicle.....never even cared to look into our service records. Multiple cases of poor customer service....it's been over 10-years of it....we're done. More
