I brought my 2011 Toyota Tacoma in for the 20,000 mile oil change free service on 20 July 2012. I was greeted by a service dept. representative and I told him i have an appointment with Millard Laubenheim oil change free service on 20 July 2012. I was greeted by a service dept. representative and I told him i have an appointment with Millard Laubenheimer, he introduced me to Millard and was friendly welcomed to Shore Toyota. I spoke with Millard and told him of my concern with a harsh ride on my truck. While I waited in the waiting room, my truck was serviced and inspected for the ride issue i mentioned to Milard. Millard called me to the service desk and informed me that the oil change was completed and parts were being ordered for my truck. He informed me of a TSB #0359.10 which addressed the rear springs being replaced on my truck to correct the harsh ride I was experiencing. Millard told me he would call me as soon as the parts arrived to set an appointment to have them replaced. millard called me on 23 July 2012 informing me that the parts had arrived, I told him I would bring the truck in on the 25th for an appointment on the 26th. Millard was ready with the Repair rder when I arrived and and had my truck taken in right away. The work was completed and I picked up the truck at about 3PM. Millard went over the complete Repair Order with me while my truck was being washed. I am very pleased with the service I receive at Shore Toyota. Millard is a very courteous and knowledgable Servic Advisor. It is because of service personnel like Millard that I purchased my Tacoma from Shore Toyota. my first experience with Shore Toyota sevice department was when there was a recall to an old 1989 truck I had for a steering linkage, the personnel then were extremely courteous and the work was done extremelywell and I received the vehicle at the promised time. What reallyimpressed me was that I received a follow up call from them a day or so later to see if everything was fine and I was satisfied. I would hghly recommend both their service and sales staff to anyone looking for a Toyota. More
