I own a 2006 Lexus ES330 with 110K miles and a 2011 Toyota Camry with just over 6K. I have been dealing with Millard for the last several years and finally had the opportunity to write a review. He is Toyota Camry with just over 6K. I have been dealing with Millard for the last several years and finally had the opportunity to write a review. He is always kind, friendly and attentive to my cars needs. I was just in this morning for a first oill change and tire rotation on the Camry and I thought I was slightly overdue as I know they recommend changes every 5K. Millard checked the initial sales record and discovered that the car had synthetic oil in it and wasn't due till 10K. This in my opinion is customer service at it's finest. While I was waiting for the tires to be rotated, I enjoyed a cup of coffe and free (fast) WiFi. I will continue to have my cars serviced at Shore Toyota as long as I own them. I truly believe that a few $ for routine maintenance extends the life of any vehicle as my Lexus with 110K is proof and it runs as good as the day I bought it. Thank you again to Millard and the entire staff at Shore Toyota. They really go above and beyond! More

It was very busy when I arrived this morning and I was scheduled to check in with Millard. Since he was with another customer, Chris Bounds checked me in. WHY DO YOU FEEL THE NEED TO SOLICIT CUSTOMERS FOR SERVICE RATINGS? A RANDOM SURVEY ABOUT THE DEALERSHIP WOULD BE FINE. YOUR MAKING CUSTOMERS DO THE WORK OF EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AND ASSESSMENT. PRACTICALLY SPEAKING, THINGS ARE NEVER PERFECT AND RATINGS ARE BIAS. JUST PAY TO HAVE SECRET SHOPPERS AND STOPPING HAVING PAYING CUSTOMERS FEEL PRESSURED INTO DOING YOUR JOB. THANKS! More

Blake was friendly from the start and made the experience easy. It was very comfortable to work with him and he answered all my questions.
