FROM ARRIVAL TO DEPARTURE, LORI REYNOLDS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. EXAMPLE, I HAD TO HAVE THE MOTOR REPLACED ON THE REAR DOOR OF MY HIGHLANDER SPORT. BEFORE MY ARRIVAL, LORI MADE SURE THAT THE CORRECT PART H SERVICE. EXAMPLE, I HAD TO HAVE THE MOTOR REPLACED ON THE REAR DOOR OF MY HIGHLANDER SPORT. BEFORE MY ARRIVAL, LORI MADE SURE THAT THE CORRECT PART HAD ARRIVED AND WAS READY FOR INSTALLATION. PART OF THAT WAS HER FINDING THE PART WHICH HAD BEEN SENT TO THE WRONG DEALER. AS WITH MANY OF MY SERVICE VISITS AT SHORE TOYOTA, LORI WAS HANDLING CUSTOMERS, ANSWERING THE PHONE, INSTRUCTING HER SERVICE CREW, AND SMILING DESPITE THE APPARENT CHAOS. SHE, MORE THAN THE SERVICE ON THE CAR, IS WHY I RETURN AGAIN AND AGAIN. More

I was on my way to a dealership down the road, when the Toyota Prius caught my eye, as I was passing Shore Toyota. I stopped in to inquire about the car. I was greeted by Tammy who very patiently sat and l Toyota Prius caught my eye, as I was passing Shore Toyota. I stopped in to inquire about the car. I was greeted by Tammy who very patiently sat and listened to my needs for a vehicle. I think she is the first car sales person who actually listened and gave me real feedback for my questions and concerns, as apposed to the guy who I talked to at the "other" dealership who couldn't wait to hand me the keys so I could sign the 7% loan he wanted to sell me. Tammy took me on a test drive and let me play with all the bells and whistles the Prius comes with. I worked with Olti to get the approval for a loan along with an awesome interest rate. I would never expected a sales manager at a car dealership to be so friendly. As I was getting ready to leave Olti and Tammy noticed that the remote door opener wasn't working properly. They had a new one ordered before I even knew anything was wrong. I came back the next day to pick up the opener and have to admit it was nice seeming them again. Ruth showed me how everything worked and took the time to make sure everything else was perfect. I love my new Prius! I greatly appreciated not being pressured into buying and the patients they all had with me. I have only purchased one other car in my life. They made an extremely scary task into a truly enjoyable experience. THANK YOU SHORE TOYOTA! More
