I always handle my service needs through Millard, and have been doing so for many years, as he is always very courteous, friendly and attentive to my needs. I have had my 2001 Avalon serviced exclusively at Shore since I moved into the area in late 2002, and I have never had a problem, never had to return the vehicle for adjustment.
