To whom, I purchased a used car from this dealer "Sore Toyota". I purchased both a car and an additional warranty. The warranty cost an additional 1300.00. My warr. is a "Portfolio Pre- Owned" po "Sore Toyota". I purchased both a car and an additional warranty. The warranty cost an additional 1300.00. My warr. is a "Portfolio Pre- Owned" policy. I have an agreement that was signed at the time of the sale showing my coverage. It was called [by sales mgr] "A bumper to bumper warranty". I have been back 2 times for different problems. Each time I was told they were not covered. No one has been able to show me on my policy where these problems were not covered. After my 2nd visit they sent me a brochure that shows all their plans. My plan isn't even shown [Plan E] The last time I brought my vehicle limping in to their service area I was told by service mgr.[Eruschi] the problems would cost 1500.00 and nothing was covered by this warranty. And besides all that I had to pay them 115.00 for them to give me all this bad news. At this point I was unable to drive my car very far. So I took it home & parked in my driveway. I needed the vehicle so I had to have it towed at my expense to a real mechanic. He told me these quoted problems did not exist. To end this story He fixed my car and it didn't cost me any where near the cost quoted me by Shore. I think I smell maybe some sort of fraud here. I will send copies of this letter to BBB my lawyer& Shore Toyota More

Great service, no hassel, a clockwork operation, everything that was to be done to my vehicle was explained in detail, projected repair costs explained throughly,everone was pleasant and helpful. I had a very comfortable experience with the service at Shore Toyota. Miller was on top of his game. Each time I had to call he would automatically return my call to say he received my message! It's of a rare quality that you receive such excellent service & response from an employee like him! I had a problem with my window cracking when it would go up & down along with my 30,000 mile check up. He immediately diagnosed the problem & he was exactly right. Brought my 2011 Tundra in for first service check at 5k miles. The employees I dealt with were attentive and extremely nice. They answered all of my questions and had my car in and out in a little over an miles. The employees I dealt with were attentive and extremely nice.
