While awaiting my scheduled representative, I was asked by many other personnel if I'd been assisted yet (e dealerships I've dealt with in the past. Once my vehicle had been taken back for further inspection, I was promptly updated and provided timelines. Once my vehicle issue had been corrected, both the service representative and the technician briefed me on the issue, probable causes, and preventative maintenance. Although I had to pay for something that needed minor fixes, I'm glad it was in fact corrected. More
