She was extremely helpful and patient during my time registering my car for the first time. Although I did make an appointment with a gentleman named Bob in service the week prior to August 26th, he did not put me on the schedule for 9:30 that day. That was a little disturbing to me, since he asked me to specifically ask for him when I brought the car there. The only other thing that would be nice, is for the waiting area to have plugs to charge phones, tablets..etc...waiting over an hour, it would be nice. Other than that, I was pleased with my experience there. I do not see Tina's name on the drop down to select employees I worked with. More
