Eric & Desirie were very helpful and sympathetic Went for servicing on my 2015 Ltd Rav4, but drove away in a 2017 Rav4. Had to haggle between other management reps to get what I felt was acceptable . Eric and Desirie were nice; others were too much and insulted me with their ridiculous offers. Told them what I was looking for and went back and forth with offers that were unreasonable until I was ready to walk out of dealership. Then they came back with an offer that I agreed to even though I wasn't looking to trade my car in that day. I don't understand why car salesmen have to be so condecending making the customer feel like telling them to go pound sand. More
