No frills service experience This was my first service for this vehicle. Scheduling was easy by phone. I actually got an appointment on the same day. When I got into the service This was my first service for this vehicle. Scheduling was easy by phone. I actually got an appointment on the same day. When I got into the service area it was obvious that the staff were very busy as no one spoke. I fumbled my way through the check in with fewer the a handful of words spoken. After 90 minutes I returned to the agency to find the truck ready to go. I have no complaints regarding the service provided but it was definitely a no frills experience. More
