The service department at Shottenkirk Acura has been awesome to work with and they perform quality work. Alan Cornelison has been my service advisor multiple times; he is honest, caring, & kind. I often worry about car service depts taking advantage of women like me that aren’t extremely knowledgeable about car parts & their service but Alan has been a wonderful asset and ally. He will tell you when a service is absolutely required vs one that could be done at a later visit. I feel confident taking my Acura to be serviced at Shottenkirk and usually don’t have to wait long during service appointments. More
