Inquired about a vechile, that was for sale online. Came the next day and test drove it. Was impressed with the vechile. Was a little overpriced for the problems that became apparent after a full detail. Bu the next day and test drove it. Was impressed with the vechile. Vehicle did not come with spare key. A tire had 4/32" tread left. Salesman said law only requires it to be replaced at 2/32" would not replace because I was already getting a good deal. Terrible Experience Jerry Damson Acura are crooks and do not know what they are doing. The “financial manager” and the salesmen are clueless on what they are doing. We sp Jerry Damson Acura are crooks and do not know what they are doing. The “financial manager” and the salesmen are clueless on what they are doing. We specifically told them on four different occasions that instead of using the money that was left from the trade in value to put as a down payment that we wanted it as a check sent to us. After the trade in layoff was made we were “suppose” to get a check. We called numerous times and they said they would be cutting us a check. The day we were suppose to get the check they “magically” decided that we never made this deal. They said it was our fault for not catching this before our first car payment even though we told them NUMEROUS times what we wanted. Due to their lack of communication we lost $3,000. Do not go here if you are looking for good customer service. More

Horrible My husband And I are in the search for a new vehicle. As we were looking at a used vehicle we were approached by a rude man that worked for the dealership that opened the door to the car we were looking at with an attitude of "can I help you?" Pretty much saying that why are you in the vehicle. Little do they think that we could have potentially bought that vehicle. Unless you enjoy rude employees, I would not recommend them. More
