I will not be shopping or using the service area at your dealership ever again. I know I am a woman, but I don’t like being treated like a idiot!! My brother told me before I went for my oil change to ask about the chugging as he thought it was from using ethanol gas but wanted to see if your service area would even mention that. Your service guy Corey did not. He said if he doesn’t, ask if it could be the fuel filter or pump. Corey laughed at me and says your car doesn’t have a fuel filter, like I am an idiot or something because I already know it does. I said well my car only has 63,000 miles on it and Corey says even with zero miles cars break. My brother said that statement there means they can’t be trusted. Wanted me to come back Monday so they could run diagnostics. My brother said absolutely not, you might as well throw your purse at them and let them take all your of your money. I went to the part store and bought the stuff to put in the gas tank that fight’s the ethanol issues. The chugging is 75 % better and I didn’t have to dish out $200 for an unnecessary diagnostic test. Makes me wonder if they even changed my oil and oil filter as they only had my car back in the service area for 15 minutes. More

They’ll sell you a faulty car, Then charge you to look at it. I had my car for 1 year and 2 month to the date of me bringing it in for having issues.
