The service technician who helped me was rude and I asked on 2 separate occasions for a quote and no one would tell me any cost estimate and no one told me that i would be paying a 150 dollar diagnostic fee on 2 separate occasions for a quote and no one would tell me any cost estimate and no one told me that i would be paying a 150 dollar diagnostic fee (which showed i had a headlight out like i said when i called) and when I mentioned that to Tate, he said that if I knew what was wrong I should’ve fixed it myself. I’ve been using Shottenkirk service for about 14 years. This is the first time I’ve filled out the survey. I had an oil change. Usually I receive info on the status of the tires and fluids. This time I did This is the first time I’ve filled out the survey. I had an oil change. Usually I receive info on the status of the tires and fluids. This time I didn’t. I know my windshield fluid was empty when I arrived. It was empty when I left. Which leads me to wonder did they even check the fluids. I’m hoping this is just a one off. More
