My experience has always very professional and proper. If I need a ride it was available and to be picked up the car was sent to pick me up. Things were explained what needed to be done. I scheduled an oil change appointment for 2:30pm, after getting there @ 2:20pm, it wasn't until almost 3pm before my car was taken to get the oil change. I didn't get out of there until around 3:45pm. To getting there @ 2:20pm, it wasn't until almost 3pm before my car was taken to get the oil change. I didn't get out of there until around 3:45pm. To me that is a little long to be waiting. In past I have always been in and out within an hour. More
