Very professional & courteous. The appointment time fit my schedule. They called & informed me what they found out with the engine warning light. They called the extended warrant The appointment time fit my schedule. They called & informed me what they found out with the engine warning light. They called the extended warranty & they did not respond right away to authorize service. Shottenkirk asked if they could keep the car overnight & would call the extended warranty company first thing the next morning. They did , got the service okayed called back and said the car would be done that day. They called at 2:00. The car was done & I picked it up at 4:30. They even asked if I wanted a free car wash.
