No communication at all. When we tried to call to check on vehicle, there was never a return call. We had to keep calling to finally find out when our vehicle was going to When we tried to call to check on vehicle, there was never a return call. We had to keep calling to finally find out when our vehicle was going to be returned (and what the problem was with the vehicle) and ours being a fleet vehicle, the entire process took entirely too long. No one in the service department seemed to know what was going on. It was an extremely frustrating experience. This review is based on the service department since they keep sending this email, I thought I would finally reply. We would never buy a car from the Shottenkirk dealerships as our past experience with their sales deparment and hidden fees were outrageous. More

What seemed to be a great experience ended with a really bad ending. I was informed AFTER I had made full payment, to include an extended warranty, and left the dealer, that there was only one key and that bad ending. I was informed AFTER I had made full payment, to include an extended warranty, and left the dealer, that there was only one key and that I would have to buy a second key, $418. Now salesperson will not even return my calls. Very, very poor! More
