Took our 2014 Jeep in for a warranty replacement on a clockspring. Ryan kept us up to speed but it did take almost 2 weeks for the part to come in but that was not Ryan's issue. This was my first time to visit Shottenkirk with my Grand Jeep Cherokee. My service advisor was Josh and he was great!
