Contacted Shottenkirk vehicle service center, advised I had a check engine light, the code was for DEF Injector and pump, was advised of a time and date to be there. I drove 90 miles only to arrive at my a had a check engine light, the code was for DEF Injector and pump, was advised of a time and date to be there. I drove 90 miles only to arrive at my appointment, and be advised that Shottenkirk did not have the necessary parts to fix truck, this was a warrenty job, as I have only had my Ram 3500 two weeks. Service rep advised that they would give me a ride home as they needed to keek my vehicle until parts arrived. I advised that after spending $90,000.00 on a vehicle, if they needed to keep it until repaired, they needed to supply me with a loaner. Service advised they did not have loaners. Long story short, after threatening to take this issue to the CEO, the service manager suddenly got a loaner vehicle that would fit my needs, he was offering a RAam1500, and the use I have dictated a 3500, I advised I would just take my truck until they could aquire the parts needed to fix mine....needless to say I am not a happy camper, and will not be recommending Shottenkirk to clean my toilet! More

Got in quickly & efficiently. Did all the work I expected, and of course tried to upsale me to a lot of other services i did not want.
