We reviewed their inventory and was told they had several stores they could pull from. The one we were interested in was advertised on their website at their "no hassle" price of $54,500...No problem on the price. When it came down to making the deal, all of a sudden, we were told that since this jeep was at their other dealership in Prosper Texas, it was going to cost us 63k....they have to go get it, recondition it, blah blah blah...biggest bunch of xxxxxxxx I've ever heard.. I guess they thought they were dealing with idiots. We got up and walked out, just shocked and dismayed. Don't even grace this place with your presence. More

Absolute scam with their pricing online. Called to inquire and purchase used vehicle today after seeing the online "sales" price listed was in our range. Almost as comical as the old Seinfeld episode of charging for keys, steering wheel, and undercoating.....We were actually warned about this place by friends in the Granbury area who had similar experiences with Shottenkirk,but hoped this deal would be different. Sadly, their deceptive advertising practices and terrible sales personnel, combined with the ridiculous costs tacked on were just not worth it. Terrible experience overall - STAY AWAY. More
