They were suppose to be trying to find us a jeep with the options we wanted. They found one close at another dealer..they were going to try to get that one...I guess it fell through...they stopped respondin options we wanted. Vehicle was at service department for one week with no work completed on it. I understand that a part arriving damaged is out of your control, but the lack of communication is in your control. The vehicle also has other concerns that were not addressed while it was there. It is unfortunate that a Shottenkirk technician damaged our vehicle while in your care, but this needs to be addressed, as it has been over 3 weeks since our vehicle was returned to us damaged. We still have not received a call back from the service department since we picked up the vehicle around 9AM. We were promised a call at the dealership and a call back after we called the service department at 11AM. I want an answer on when our vehicle will be repaired and the other concerns will be addressed. More
