I will update this review based on the one item left to resolve. Overall working with Shottenkirk CDJR was a refreshing change. There were very little “required “ add ons by the dealership. Typically those are not needed: “sealants” really not necessary and we’re not added, window etching which does help in the event the vehicle is stolen and some insurance companies give a discount for that, so a small charge for that is not bad. Anyway they came to me with a reasonable quote right from the start and I was not stuck trying to negotiate thousands of dollars from the start. The process was fairly quick and everyone was very nice. My only issue right now is that it was dusk outside and I didn’t notice a pretty good scuff to the front of the car. I contacted them immediately (within 15 minutes of leaving the dealership) They are currently working with me to get it fixed and I will update the review upon conclusion. More

I had felt that Glenn Polk dealership would take care of a problem with my Ram 1500. After sending me to customer care with no other help. I was informed that C/C was more than willing to help, great I thou a problem with my Ram 1500. After sending me to customer care with no other help.
