Service Manager Jeff has always been great. He’s very responsive and knowledgeable. I accidentally took out my driver side mirror and needed to replace it. Jeff ordered a new mirror which arrived within 24hrs, scheduled my appointment, and the replacement repair took right about a hour. The repair cost and time were both lower than expected. There are 3 CDJR dealers closer to my house, but because of Jeff and great service I continue to receive, I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Prosper CDJR. More

I had a very disappointing experience at the Shottenkirk Prosper dealership. They listed a car online at a great price, so I booked a test drive appointment after confirming the vehicle was available. When Prosper dealership. When I arrived, I met the salesperson, Christian, who was rude and extremely unprofessional. Christian said the car was in another building. After making us wait, he took our driver’s licenses and asked about other vehicles we might be interested in—without showing us the car we came for first. When we insisted on seeing the original car, he said we needed to fill out paperwork first and required driver’s licenses for everyone. After filling out the forms, he repeatedly avoided showing the car, eventually saying it had been sold at lunchtime. We were upset because we had rescheduled the appointment and were never informed that the car had been sold. Christian was unapologetic and kept saying, “This is how it works,” blaming the delay on needing time to update inventory. To make matters worse, when I called the dealership later from a different number, they told me the same car was still available and scheduled another appointment. This dealership is dishonest, misrepresents prices to lure customers, and pressures you with bait-and-switch tactics. Plus, Christian’s rude behavior made the whole experience worse. I would highly not recommend Shottenkirk Prosper. More
