It was easy making the online appointment and as easy dropping our vehicle off at the dealership. They did a great job repairing our Jeep, but weren't kept informed of the status when they needed to keep dropping our vehicle off at the dealership. Jordyn and team helped me out of a huge dilemma with a trunk latch actuator issue that was failing and consistently draining the battery. Without an appointment, they took in my vehicle for service, diagn trunk latch actuator issue that was failing and consistently draining the battery. Without an appointment, they took in my vehicle for service, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and had my Cherokee ready for pickup in a couple of business days. Jordyn kept me informed via text throughout the process, and my vehicle was ready for pick up upon my arrival. I'll be sure to bring it back for future service needs. The only slight issue I had with the experience was the cost. Thankfully, the upcharge on the part was reasonable (compared to online pricing). However, the labor charge seemed a bit stiff. They charge $220 per labor hour, and I'm not confident that the the actuator replacement warranted a 2.5 labor hour charge. They also charged an additional $50 in shop fees. Note that I haven't done an hourly rate assessment for other service centers, so their fees may be in line with others. Perhaps it's just my own sticker shock. More
