I've had to ring my vehicle back multiple times for the same issue on 3 separate occasions/issues. They took over a month to fix the ac, door latch and radio (all under warranty). I had to bring the vehicl same issue on 3 separate occasions/issues. They took over a month to fix the ac, door latch and radio (all under warranty). I had to bring the vehicle back a month or two later only for them to have to order the parts. I've now been waiting almost 3 months for the parts. They also do not offer a loaner vehicle but the previous chrysler dealer in McKinney always offer a free loaner. I have a 2018 pacifica with only about 35,000 miles and I paid for the top tier extended warranty. I don't drive the vehicle often but it seems to always have issues and the service department cannot seem to figure it out. More
